Case Study 1

Beauty and the Beast united in this 1969 Ford Falcon XW GT when we handcrafted a custom Extractors back system; Dual 3" exhaust in 304 Stainless Steel superbly tig welded with x-pipe, mufflers and chrome angled tips. A matrimony of symmetry, power and 60s funk.

Case Study 2

Smokey and the Bandit revived as this Pontiac Firebird Transam rolled off the hoist at Windsor. Built in an era when global warming hadn’t been thought of and cheap fuel was free flowing from the bowsers in the big USA, it boasts a colossal 6.6L V8 engine and we were proud to add to this explosion of power. Our team of experts fabricated and installed a spectacular dual custom 2.5" extractors back stainless system with 3" tail pipes. Happy drifting to that one!

Case Study 1

Could be the most controversial renegade we've meddled with. The Big One has been customised from front to back, top to bottom and Windsor has signed off at the 3.5" tailpipe. Straight from the block and pretty much straight there after, this is close to pure uninhibited flow. (Extractors installed, Fabricated & Installed Tig welded Y piece connecting to centre with AES valve, installed pipework from valve connecting back behind the muffler, supplied & installed 2 centre mufflers with tailpipes tig welded all in 304 Stainless).

Case Study 2

You've probably caught sight of this handsome sandy taupe 79, the 'DTOUR' as it cruises across Australia. It's gained quite a following with its impressive build from outside in, designed to make the cruising and camping life a dream. It sat pretty in our Workshop for a day as our team custom built the Windsor Signature 4" Turbo-back stainless system onto it. Although coil converted, it was a perfect fitment. Proud to create the exhaust acoustics it deserves!
